١. تأكيد الطلب — Order Confirmation
يُعدّ الطلب مؤكداً بعد مراجعة البيانات والموافقة عليها من قِبل العميل وسداد الدفعة المقدمة. لا يُبدأ بالإنتاج قبل استيفاء هذين الشرطين.
The order is confirmed after the client reviews and approves all details and pays the deposit. Production does not begin before both conditions are met.
يجب كتابة جميع الملاحظات والتعليمات باللغة الإنجليزية داخل نموذج الطلب. لا يتحمل متجر غرزة أي مسؤولية عن أي تفاصيل أو ملاحظات لم يتم إدراجها في النموذج.
All notes and instructions must be written in English within the order form. gharZah Store is not responsible for any details or notes not included in the form.
٢. الدفع — Payment
يُشترط سداد ٥٠٪ من قيمة الطلب مقدماً، والباقي عند الاستلام. الأسعار تشمل التطريز والتوصيل داخل المنطقة المتفق عليها.
A 50% deposit is required upfront; the remaining balance is due upon delivery. Prices include embroidery and delivery within the agreed area.
٣. المقاسات — Sizing
العميل مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن دقة المقاسات المُدخلة. متجر غرزة غير مسؤول عن أي أخطاء في المقاس بعد تأكيد الطلب وبدء الإنتاج.
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of entered sizes. gharZah Store is not liable for sizing errors after order confirmation and production begins.
٤. التصميم والتطريز — Design & Embroidery
لا يمكن تعديل مواضع التطريز أو النصوص أو الصور بعد الموافقة النهائية على التصميم. يُرجى المراجعة الدقيقة قبل التأكيد.
Embroidery positions, texts, and images cannot be modified after final design approval. Please review carefully before confirming.
قد تختلف ألوان خيوط التطريز عما هو ظاهر في الصور أو التصاميم، نظراً لاختلاف طبيعة التطريز عن التصوير من حيث الألوان والوضوح والتفاصيل الدقيقة. هذا أمر طبيعي وخارج عن إرادتنا.
Embroidery thread colors may differ from images or designs, as embroidery quality naturally differs from photography in terms of color accuracy and clarity. This is inherent to the craft and beyond our control.
٥. الألوان — Colors
قد تختلف الألوان الفعلية قليلاً عن ما يظهر على الشاشة نظراً لاختلاف إعدادات العرض. غرزة غير مسؤولة عن فروقات طفيفة في درجات الألوان.
Actual colors may slightly differ from on-screen appearance due to display settings. gharZah is not responsible for minor color variations.
٦. مدة التنفيذ — Delivery Timeline
المدة المعتادة للتنفيذ من ٤ إلى ٨ أسابيع من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب وسداد المقدم. في حال وجود شعارات أو تصاميم من خارج كتالوج غرزة، سيتم إضافة ٣ أسابيع إضافية إلى المدة المحددة.
Standard production time is 4–8 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment. If logos or designs outside the gharZah catalog are requested, an additional 3 weeks will be added to the timeline.
٧. الإلغاء والاسترداد — Cancellation & Refunds
لا يحق للعميل إلغاء الطلب أو المطالبة باسترداد المبلغ بعد بدء الإنتاج. في حالة وجود عيب في التصنيع، يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية الإصلاح أو الاستبدال.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after production begins. In case of a manufacturing defect, the store is responsible for repair or replacement.
